To make sure every single HACKERHOUS gathering is not just a blast, but also a safe, super respectful, and incredibly productive experience for everyone involved, yes, that means exhibitors, attendees, and staff alike, we totally require all exhibitors to follow our Exhibitor Policy.

2. Keep it Professional

We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior. Any actions or language that could be considered offensive or hostile will not be tolerated.

3. Booth Management

You’re totally in charge of your own booth space, which means making sure it’s awesome but also doesn’t spill over into your neighbors’ areas or mess with the event’s vibe. 4. Setup and Breakdown Times

We’ve set up specific times for both setting up your amazing booths and packing up after the fun is over, and we kindly ask that you stick to those designated slots provided by HACKERHOUS! We totally get it – after a long day of showcasing your awesome stuff, you might be super eager to pack up and head out. But, and this is a big one, early dismantling isn’t allowed during the event.

5. Assigned Booths

8. Food and Beverages at Booths

While it might be tempting to grab a quick bite right at your display, we kindly ask everyone to head to the designated dining areas for all meals and snacks. Why, you ask? Well, imagine trying to chat about a cool new tech gadget, but all you can smell is someone’s tuna sandwich or a really pungent curry!

The aromas from different foods can sometimes be a little overwhelming or even unpleasant for our visitors and your neighboring exhibitors, and we definitely don’t want that to distract anyone from all the awesome stuff happening. 9. Security and Liability

HACKERHOUS is not responsible for the security or safety of any exhibitor property during the event. We strongly encourage all exhibitors to take appropriate precautions to protect their valuables, such as securing items when unattended or using lockable storage if available. Remember, the responsibility for keeping your belongings safe rests with you.

Additionally, exhibitors are responsible for any damages caused to the venue, other exhibits, or equipment by themselves, their team members, or anyone acting on their behalf. This includes being mindful of setup, dismantling, or any activities conducted during the event to ensure they do not negatively impact others or the venue.

10. Weapons are Not Allowed

Okay, let’s keep everyone safe and sound! For the safety and well-being of all our amazing participants, we’re super serious about this: weapons of any kind are strictly, absolutely prohibited at the event. We’re talking firearms, knives (even those cool hunting ones, sorry!), explosives, or really, any other object that could be used to cause harm.

No exceptions, no “but it’s for self-defense” pleas – if you’re found with a weapon, you’ll be immediately and politely (but firmly!) escorted off the premises. We’ve got strict security measures working hard behind the scenes to make sure our event is a secure and totally enjoyable environment for every single person.
